pizza base dough with yeast| how to make pizza base dough
The recipe for pizza base is very important to me as I always disliked the pizza made at home with the market bought base. I tried few recipes to prepare the dough, but none of them came out well. This recipe which I am sharing today is easy to make and a no-fail recipe and the base came out superb. This is made with lesser and simpler ingredients. The quality of yeast has an important role to play in this recipe. For preparing any kind of dough with yeast, whether for making bread, doughnuts, pies or pizzas, the yeast hasn’t to be expired.

Tuck the dough and cover the bowl with a cling wrap and keep it aside for 2 hours until the dough doubles in size.
4. After 2 hours, check the dough. If it doubles in size then open the cling wrap, punch the dough and knead it again. Now the dough is ready to use.
