Popsicles are water based or milk based frozen snacks basically desserts which are placed on a stick. The popsicles are also known as ‘Ice pops’. They are made with fruit pulps or fruit juices and can also be made with reduced full fat milk.
The popsicles are the best way to treat the thirsting summers heat.
I have prepared popsicles with watermelon, mint and grapes. Watermelon and mint makes a great combination as they have a great cooling effect and grapes provides a natural sweetness to the popsicles. All in all, they make a great refreshing combination.

Ingredients:
Chopped Watermelon: 1 cup
Grapes: 1 cup
Mint leaves: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Black salt: 3/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp

—-for assembling:
Popsicle sticks: 4-5 nos
Popsicle mould or disposable tea cups
Ice cubes tray

Method:
1. Take a bowl and add watermelon, grapes and mint leaves to it. Now blend it with the help of a blender and strain the mixture.


2. To the strained juice, add black salt, common salt and sugar and stir it nicely so that the sugar will be easily mixed in it.


3. Now take popsicle mould or disposable tea cups and pour the mix fruit juice in them. Fill them to the 3/4th of their level. You can also fill the ice tray to make the kids happy. Cover with the lid or aluminium foil and put ice cream stick into it. Freeze for 6 hours.


4. Take out of the freezer, de-mould them and serve chilled.
