Hey foodies! Your mouth must be watering just by the name itself. Meethi chutney is just a great street food accompaniment with chaats. It enhances the taste of bhalla chaat, dal pakwaan, tikki chaat etc.
It can be made with dry mango powder/aamchur or with tamarind too. It has sweetening agents too like jaggery, dates or sometimes brown sugar too. It is a perfect blend of sweet with sour or a perfect khatta meetha taste with the addition of few other spices too.
Grated jaggery: 1 cup
Aamchur/dry mango powder: 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder: 2 tsp
Ginger juice: 2 tsp
1.To a heated wok add grated jaggery and let it melt down completely.
2. Now add aamchoor powder and other ingredients to the wok and cook until it thickens to a flowy consistency.
